TEFAF Maastricht will be held from Saturday March 7th to March 15th. With more than 275 well-known distributors from 20 countries, TefafMaastraht is currently the showroom of the best artworks on the market. In addition to the traditional fields of old master paintings, antiques and classical artifacts, which account for half of the fair, you can also find modern and contemporary art, photography, jewelry, 20th century designs and works on paper. Among the jewelers to be exhibited, Y&L, a Chinese jeweler, is among them.
Y&L and their work are strictly limited, but luxurious gemstone palette of gems, often rare and important stones, cut in old fashioned, and platinum. Every gem is handmade. Each one is unique. The essence of Y&L’s originality lies in their combination of Indian classical forms and themes with contemporary sensibility. Although this emotion integrates all aspects of the East and the West, it is completely international and completely their own.
In recent years, their works have been exhibited in the Moscow Kremlin National Museum, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, the Museum of Beauty in Kyoto, the Grand Palace in Paris, the Ducale Palace in Venice, and the Palace Museum in Beijing.
